The wireless temperature measurement system has the characteristics of simple and reliable structure, good scalability, flexible distribution, etc. It can be further promoted and applied in power plants in combination with the deep needs of the industry and other technologies. 1. Demand analysis of electrical equipment in iron and steel industryThe iron and steel industry is a huge and complex industrial production system, which uses a large number of electrical equipment such as low-voltage switchgear, high-voltage motors, generators, etc. The high requirements for the degree of automation and continuous production not only increase the reliability of its power supply, but also put forward higher requirements for the stability and reliability of the key power distribution and high-voltage motor equipment in the iron and steel industry system. During the long-term operation of the electrical equipment, the contacts and connections of the electrical primary module are heated due to aging or excessive contact resistance, which leads to abnormal temperature rise of the connector and even leads to combustion and explosion accidents. Electrical equipment such as switch cabinets in substations or distribution rooms are densely installed, and motors are also key equipment in each process section. Therefore, such accidents may lead to damage to a large number of electrical equipment, sudden power failure of large-scale downstream power supply lines or important electrical equipment, and huge direct and indirect economic losses. In recent years, with the rapid development of sensors, the Internet of Things, online monitoring of equipment, big data analysis and other technologies, the research and application of new technologies provide new solutions to solve such problems in combination with the characteristics and needs of the iron and steel industry. 2. Selection of key new technologiesIn view of the above problems, combined with the status quo of temperature sensor, Sub G wireless transmission, cloud application and big data analysis technology, this paper proposes a variety of new technology solutions and applies them in combination with practical cases. The traditional system monitoring and operation is generally based on centralized or distributed SCADA system applications, which are used by operators and engineers in the control room. With the development and application of mobile Internet and smart phones, various real-time data of key equipment monitored by sensors can also be transmitted to remote cloud servers through wireless networks. Especially for sections with wide areas and difficult wiring, data acquisition will become more convenient and easy. The data transferred to the ECS is cheaper, more reliable, and more convenient for different users than the traditional dedicated server storage. The data transmitted to the ECS through the wireless network can be displayed through the smartphone APP and customized through different functional modules. According to the needs of different users and the use of equipment, the stored data can be analyzed according to the established algorithm, abnormal data can be found as early as possible through data comparison, and users will be given prompts or warning information to reduce and reduce the occurrence of equipment failures and even accidents. 3 Overview of Application SchemeThe project carries out intelligent temperature measurement transformation for 57 switchgears in the 6KV section of Anshan Iron and Steel General Station and Yaotou Station. Through technical comparison, the wireless passive temperature sensor+temperature monitoring system is used to accurately collect the temperature signals of key parts. Through the wireless temperature measurement monitoring system in the control center, the real-time monitoring of temperature signals is realized, the over temperature parts and equipment are accurately positioned, and the over temperature alarm is given to ensure the life of key equipment and the continuity of production, Reduce and avoid the risk of potential accidents. Moreover, the temperature measurement system realizes the mobile operation and maintenance of temperature measurement signals. It can not only monitor the temperature of key equipment in real time through smart phones, but also automatically send alarm signals when the temperature exceeds the limit, which can be pushed to the smart phone terminals of specific responsible personnel in time to achieve efficient problem handling, greatly reduce the accident risk of power distribution devices and electrical equipment, and ensure the reliability of power supply, production continuity and safe production. |
