What are the possible reasons for the lack of display on the industrial control main board during st

The industrial control motherboard is the motherboard used in industrial applications by industrial computers. According to needs, it can adapt to a wide temperature environment, adapt to harsh environments, and work with high loads for long periods of time. Perhaps because the application requirements of the working environment are more stringent, the industrial control motherboard is also one of the components with the most failures among all industrial control computer components. This field has also attracted the attention and research of many production equipment engineering technicians. We mainly focus on the problem of no display when industrial control computers are started.

When there is no indication of an industrial computer boot fault, the first thing we need to check is the industrial computer BIOS settings. The BIOS of an industrial control motherboard stores important hardware data, and the BIOS is also a part of a fragile industrial control motherboard that is prone to damage. Once damaged, it will cause the system to fail to operate. Such failures are usually caused by the destruction of the motherboard BIOS by the CIH virus (of course, it does not rule out that the main board itself causes the system to fail to operate). Therefore, we can check whether the hard disk data is intact to determine whether the BIOS is damaged and whether the hard disk data is intact.

In addition, there are three situations that are not displayed when the device is started.

There is a problem with the expansion slot or expansion card of the industrial control motherboard. Therefore, after inserting an expansion card such as a sound card, the motherboard does not respond or display.

2. The CPU frequency set on the non jump motherboard in CMOS is incorrect, which may cause display failure.

3. The main board cannot recognize the memory of the industrial control computer, and memory damage or mismatching can also lead to no display failure during startup.

Understanding the above methods and circumstances will enable you to better use the industrial control motherboard. The above is what I shared today, hoping to help everyone.
