The industrial control main board is the main board used for industrial production computer technology in the industrial production site. It can be integrated into a wide temperature environment and a harsh environment as required, and can work under long-term load for a long time. It is precisely because the application regulations in the office environment are more strict, so the industrial control motherboard is also one of the most faulty components of all industrial control computer components. So, what is the reason why the industrial control main board cannot be displayed when it is started?

When the IPC starts normally without common faults, first check the BIOS settings of the IPC. The BIOS of the industrial control motherboard stores key hardware configuration data information, and the BIOS is also a sensitive part of the industrial control motherboard. It is easy to be damaged. Once damaged, it may cause inoperable. This kind of failure is usually caused by the main board BIOS being damaged by the CIH virus. Therefore, we can check whether the hard disk data is intact to determine whether the BIOS is damaged.

In addition, there are three situations that are not easy to display when the machine is started.

1. The expansion slot or expansion card of the industrial control main board is not very good, so after inserting the external sound card and other expansion cards, the main board initialization fails and there is no display.

2. The CPU frequency set by the non-jumper motherboard in CMOS is incorrect, which will cause display failure.

3. The main board cannot recognize the running memory of the industrial computer, the running memory is damaged or the running memory is not matched, which will also cause the common failure of no display when starting up.
