2 Watt 868 / 915 MHz High Power CC1120 Narrowband ModuleIssuing time:2022-10-12 21:16 2 Watt 868 / 915 MHz High Power CC1120 Narrowband ModuleIntroductionTI CC1120 is designed for narrowband, very low-power and wireless transceiver. The RF transceiver is mainly used for the SRD ( Short Range Device) and ISM ( Scientific, car, Industrial, and Medical) . The frequency bands support 169, 220, 315, 433, 470, 868, and 915 MHz. And can changed CC1120 register easily be used for other frequencies in the 137.6-160 MHz, 164-192 MHz, 205-240MHz, 273.3-320 MHz, 410-480 MHz,and 820-960 MHz bands. N513FS-CC1120 high power radio module based TI CC1120 narrowband transceiver, high power PA and LNA. The high power radio module has +33 dBm output power and - 126 dBm sensitivity (at 1.2 kbps). The module use AT command. The high power module is mainly for Internet of things, intelligent home, wireless meter reading, scientific research and medical treatment, and medium and long-distance wireless communication equipment. CC1120 module leads all pins out for secondary development. AT commands support. N513FS Module, SPI and UART port, RF pin, SMD package, small size, the module is suitable for SMT production. 1.Test hardware CC1120 module can be configured using CCdebugger and SmartRF™ Studio software. SmartRF™ Studio is highly recommended for obtaining optimum register settings, and for evaluating performance and functionality. After chip reset by CCdebugger, all registers have default values and these might differ from the optimum register setting. It is therefore necessary to configure/reconfigure the radio through the SPI interface after the chip has been reset. SmartRF Studio provides a code export function making it easy to implement this in firmware. 2. CC1120 datasheet 3. TX RX DEMO
