Wireless RF Modules and dongles for IoT | Coral RF

1. Scope of Application
This policy applies exclusively to B2B transactions of wireless modules, electronic components, and related development boards (hereinafter referred to as "Products") purchased directly from our official website or authorized sales representatives. We do not sell directly to end consumers.

2. Standard Warranty
We provide a standard warranty period of [12] months from the date of shipment. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal use conditions.

3. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Process
We do not accept unauthorized returns. To request a warranty service or replacement:

Provide the order number, product model, and a detailed description (or video) of the issue.
Our engineers will evaluate the issue. If a hardware defect is confirmed, we will issue an RMA Number and provide return shipping instructions.
Returns without an RMA number will be rejected and returned to the sender at the buyer's expense.

4. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Conditions
Due to the sensitive nature of electronic components, returns will NOT be accepted under the following conditions:

Products that have been soldered, modified, or subjected to improper electrical connections.
Damage caused by Electrostatic Discharge (ESD), improper handling, or physical abuse.
Products purchased from unauthorized third-party distributors.
Customized firmware or OEM/ODM products (unless a defect is verified).

5. Refund Policy for Defective Items
For confirmed defective items within the warranty period, we will offer a replacement (if stock is available) or issue a full refund to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within [7] business days after the returned items are received and inspected by our quality control team.
