N519CS High-Power Sub-1GHz RF Transceiver Module
5W Wideband Power for Long‑Range Connectivity

Product Overview
Some networks need to cover serious ground—across a port, through miles of pipeline, or over thousands of hectares of farmland. And they need to do it reliably, without dropping packets.
The N519CS is built for those networks.
It delivers +37 dBm (5W) output power with -126 dBm sensitivity—a link budget that enables reliable communication beyond 16 km line-of-sight. That's enough reach to connect far-flung assets without repeaters, and enough margin to punch through interference and obstacles.
Built around the Texas Instruments CC1200 wideband transceiver and enhanced with an external high-power PA and LNA, this module is engineered for applications where long range and reliability are non-negotiable . The CC1200 core is optimized for wideband operation but also handles narrowband channels down to 12.5 kHz, making it versatile for various regulatory environments .
Available in 169 MHz, 433 MHz, 868 MHz, and 915 MHz variants—including the 169 MHz band specifically tailored for European and Chinese smart grid applications—the N519CS offers global deployment flexibility in a single 36×24 mm SMD footprint.

Additional Design Support
Power Supply Design – At +37 dBm, the module draws 2A peaks. Your 5V supply must handle these transients. Read our power supply guide.
Antenna Selection – Range depends on antenna matching.
Thermal Management – Pulsed operation keeps heat manageable. For high duty cycles, consider airflow or heatsinking.
Regulatory Compliance – Designed to help meet FCC/ETSI standards; final certification depends on system integration. The CC1200 is suitable for systems targeting ETSI EN 300 220, FCC CFR47 Part 15, and ARIB standards .
