Additional Design Support
Power Supply Design – At +26 dBm, the module draws ~300 mA peaks. 5V supply should be stable and have enough capacitance to handle these transients. Read our power supply guide.
Antenna Selection – Range depends heavily on antenna matching. A 3 dBi dipole or quarter‑wave monopole tuned to your frequency is a good starting point.
Thermal Management – 300 mA peaks generate minimal heat in pulsed operation. For continuous transmission at high duty cycles, ensure adequate PCB copper for heat dissipation.
Regulatory Compliance – Designed to help meet ETSI EN 300 220 (Europe), FCC CFR47 Part 15 (US), and similar standards. Final certification depends on your system integration.
