N426BS module based Semtech sx1278 LoRa transceiver wireless chip, pa, the module designed for 433/490Mhz LoRa band. N426BS

can be program for customizer. The N426BS module has +30 dBm output power and the sensitivity down to -126 dBm at 1.2 kbps. The module support long distance data broadcast and thread.

The SX1278 module has a small SMD package, Integrated sx1278 and pa and IPEX, it reduced a lot of development troubles.

N426BS module hardware is designed for maximum range, 18000m + Range (Low rate and Line of Sight).

sx1278 Features

This device integrates the new LoRa (remote) modulation technology of Shengte Company, which can greatly improve the transmission distance compared with other modulation methods. At present, the maximum transmission distance of the European smart meter transceiver using FSK modulation technology is 1-2 kilometers. Under the same conditions and regulatory restrictions, the transmission distance of SX1278 using LoRa modulation technology can exceed 15km.

SX1278 can be used in industrial control, agriculture/irrigation, intelligent meter reading and sensor network applications. The use of LoRa modulation technology expands the transmission distance of devices, so that the above applications do not need repeaters, greatly simplifying the system design and reducing the cost of headquarters deployment, which makes SX1278 an ideal solution for emerging smart cities, the Internet of Things and machine to machine applications.

The SX1278 with low-cost crystal has a reception sensitivity of - 137 dBm. For the most advanced device using FSK modulation technology in the world, if the same crystal as SX1278 is used, its reception sensitivity is - 115 dBm; If expensive temperature controlled crystal oscillator is used, its reception sensitivity can only be reduced to? To - 125 dBm.

In addition, compared with FSK devices, SX1278 RFIC has a 25 dB advantage in suppressing in band signal interference. Therefore, SX1278 module can be effectively used in industrial, scientific and medical (ISM) frequency bands such as safety and meter reading, because it is not interfered by sub GHz frequency and 4G/LTE signal. This anti-interference capability and high linearity RF front-end make the SX1278 the most reliable and robust solution under strong interference signals.

In addition to LoRa, SX1278 also supports GFSK, FSK, GMSK and OOK modulation technologies, and aims to support WM Bus, IEEE 802.15.4g (SUN), FCC 15.247, ARIB T96/108, EN 300-220 and other global standards and regulations.
